Currently, LP technique has been widely used in the petrochemical industry. It played an important role in crude oil purchase, unit processing optimization, scheduling optimization etc. The accuracy of model is closely related with optimal results. As important process of oil processing, secondary processing units data affect subsequent refinery processing apparatus.From this point onwards, it is necessary to research the integrated application for process simulation and linear planning. We start this work with modeling the catalytic cracking unit and delayed coking unit by FCC-SIM&DC-SIM, then build the refinery LP model by RPMS. According to the mechanism model, we research on the relationship between raw properties, process variables and product yields, then build Delta-Base vector for the LP model. On this way, it can improve the accuracy of LP model. We use the simulation software to check up whether the scheme is feasible. By doing so, it can realize the integrated application of LP model and the secondary processing units process simulation model.Integrated application can make refinery production and model optimization more closely, then realize the overall optimization of raw materials, product structure and production planning for the refinery.
