IC anaerobic reactor is a new highly efficient waste-water treatment reactor, and as one of the most efficient anaerobic reactors, which is widely used in sewage treatment paper, beer production, food processing and so on.The key designation for this kind of new reactor is to form a uniform and stable internal circulation.Its performance is controlled by water distribution system, arrangement of holes, flow rates and so on. According to engineering experience,its water distribution has difficult process and higher costs because of complex structures,. Moreover, it has mud difficulties. For this case, structure optimized design and numerical analysis method of gas-liquid-solid flow field have been researched to improve the function of the traditional IC anaerobic reactor. The appropriate flow rate and inlet sizes have been determined and hydraulic model test had been done. The results show that the optimization of the water distribution structure is effective and feasible.Main research content:(1) Analysis of the existing water distribution structure.Analysis systematically operating characteristics and related theory and methods of the third generation of IC anaerobic reactor,focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of IC anaerobic reactor existing water distribution structures,and summarize and analysis the related research data.(2) New water distribution structure optimization.According to the water hole and a porous fabric structure theory, especially on the basis of the theory of looped water distribution network structure,improving the design of the existing water distribution structure.The water distributor from the original structure superimposed conical blade structure was designed to reverse tapered integrated structure.Water distribution used cylindrical bore hole.(3) Numerical analysis for IC anaerobic reactor under the new structure of the role of water distribution.Check out the computational fluid dynamics numerical calculations and project examples.Establish IC anaerobic reactor geometry model of the new water distributor institutional roles.Determine the structure of the new water distribution and size, and analyze the new type of reactor flow field characteristics.(4) Site physical model tests.Establish a IC anaerobic reactor solid model under the new structure of water distributor,And on-site physical model testing, study the effect of the new water distribution structure, the normal performance of IC anaerobic reactor under the effect of the new structure and new water distribution water distribution mud effect structure through observation, quantitative and qualitative analysis method,and the compare with the numerical results.
