| This paper focus on the influence of Aspergillus flavus A5p1 on dye decoloration. Choose reactive turquoise blue and direct violet as objects, main conclusions including.(1) Reactive turquoise blue has maximum absorption peak on 430nm and direct violet has that on 487nm. After setting these two solution for different lengths of time, the difference of UV scanning spectrum is less distinguished and both of them are stable. Various concentration of both reactive turquoise blue with 601nm and direct violet with 528nm have conspicuous linearity. Absorbance linear equation of reactive turquoise blue in 601nm is y=7.8412x-0.0358 (R2=0.9965), and absorbance linear equation of direct violet is y=14.496x+0.0055 (R2=0.9988). the absorbance of reactive turquoise blue is vulnerable to pH. Absorbance of direct violet increases with pH raising and keeps stable after pH reaching 7.0.(2) To dye simulated wastewater is the target substrate is established breeding model for screening, in nature, from the screen to microbial decolorization of molasses alcohol wastewater. The three strains decolorizing effect better strains A5P1, BP1 gene, F12, according to morphological analysis and analysis of the genotype were identified as Aspergillus flavus A5P1, Aspergillus fumigatus BP1, Aspergillus tubingensis F12. Strain A5P1 under non optimized conditions of cultivation of 7 days of melanoidin decolorizing rate reached 46.39%,4 days of untreated molasses alcohol wastewater decolorization rate reached 40.91% of culture. Strain BP1 in non optimized conditions training four days of melanoidin decolorizing rate reached 17.30%, 4 days of untreated molasses alcohol wastewater decolorization rate reached 20.70% of culture. Strain F12 under non optimized conditions of cultivation of 7 days of melanoidin decolorizing rate reached 57.3%, 4 days of untreated molasses alcohol wastewater decolorization rate reached 32.96% of culture(3) Study deeply about decoloration of Aspergillus flavus A5p1 bio-absorbent on direct violet and reactive turquoise blue 86dye. Examine the effect of PH, temperature and amount of dyes on absorption.Acquire an advanced decoloration condition:5.0g/L amount of thallus, pH is 3.0 and temperature is 30oc。 Under this condition, A5pl can decolorizing these two kinds of dyes in 3h, and the decolorizing rates are 94.1% and 78.3%.(4) This research has built a certain theoretical foundation for bio-absorbent absorbing and decolorizing dyes and absorption kinetic study. The absorption process of direct violet has a higher fitting degree with Freundlich absorption isotherm model, and basically meet the experiment data for correlation coefficient can be more than 0.99. The absorption process of reactive turquoise blue suits Langmuir isotherm model better for correlation coefficient can be more than 0.99. Pseudo second-order absorption kinetic equation can describe the process better in which A5p1 absorbs two dyes for correlation coefficient can be more than 0.99. absorption reaction accelerates with environment temperature raising, belonging to decalescence absorption. According to calculation on gibbs free energy, conducting linear regression on △G-T has proved that these absorption processes are decalescence and they are spontaneous processes... |
