It is a significant part to monitor the content of uranium in Ore of the real-time monitoring ore truck during uranium mining. In allusion to the fact that the truck’s load capacity should be large and the accuracy of measurement should be high in a uranium molybdenum mine lot in Hebei Province, the author designed an ore uranium content monitoring system with multi probe(8).The design of the monitoring system is mainly divided into hardware and software part. Hardware part is composed by the power module, signal detection and treatment module and digital control system. Power module includes AC-DC step-down circuit,DC-DC step-down circuit. Signal detection and treatment part includes: NaI probe,multipolar Signal amplifying circuit which is composed by AD8066, baseline recovery circuit, Signal discrimination circuit that consists of LMV762 MA and pulse shaping circuit is made up of 74HC221. R-radiation will turn into the pulse at the same level of amplitude and width after the signal detection and circuit processing, then the pulse is sent to the singlechip to be counted. The digital controlled circuit includes:STM32F103ZET6 singlechip with 32-bit processor Cortex-M3 as its core and its peripheral circuit, ultrasonic distance measuring module, multi point temperature acquisition system based on DS18B20, stepper motor driver interface and OLED display screen with touch function DMT48270K04303WT. The functions of multi-channel data collection and storage, system communication, human-computer interaction are realized because of STM32 depends on its powerful data processing ability and a variety of connected devices.Software is mainly composed of two parts:(1) The lower computer utilizes C programming language to develop the system software driver which is based on platformkeil uvision5. It mainly includes:2-way serial port communication, 1 way USB communication, 1 way SPI communication, transplantation Fatfs file system on the TF card, 8-way count units interruption control, 8-way AD converter, temperature control and stadiometry.(2)Upper computer is based on the human-computer interaction interface of United States NI company LabVIEW(version number 10(32)). It mainly includes following sections: Administrator operating system, General staff operating interface, communicationt configuration, 8-channel data analysis from lower computer,empty weight,instrument calibration,uranium content analysis and LabVIEW file system, etc.The instrumental system adopts 2-way probe above the tramcar and 3-way probe on both sides of the tramcar to give a complete coverage measurement for the large-scale tramcars. In each measurement process, the same distance should be maintained between the probe and the tramcar through the cooperation between ranging module and stepping motor, this distance can be modified according to the needs of the user. In order to not affect the overall progress of the work when there’re computer faults in the mining area,with the help of touching OLED to develop the lower computer emergency system. The system has the function of measuring the uranium content independently, and all the dates will be saved in TF card so that any computer could access them through USB interface.
