Abstract/Summary:
This article analyzed from the theoretical analysis of the water coupling blasting anti-reflection technology, laboratory simulation experiment and field application this three parts.Firstly,this article introduces the status of the water coupling blasting technology research from two aspects of theory analysis and experiment research at home and abroad,based on the mechanism of water coupling blasting and around the blasting process of anti-reflection explosion to study the mechanical properties of coal and rock under dynamic loading, initial parameters of the explosion shock wave, initial pressure of blast hole wall, the attenuation law of blasting shock wave and extension law of blasting crack. I built the crack rock mass fracture model based on native micro fracture,and compared with not coupled with air blasting anti-reflection technology to illustrating the superiority of water coupling blasting to increase coal seam permeability further.Secondly, I analyzed and summarized the similar law of the similar simulation experiment.In the process of the similar simulation experiment, in order to ensure the reliability of the experimental results to the largest extent, the experimental model of the building and the actual prototype must follow the rule of analog simulation experiment, and the physical and mechanical properties between model and prototype must in accordance with proportional similarity values.In view of the mechanical properties of NO.2 mining area and based on similar simulation theory to build simulation test platform in the laboratory, and to design proposed coal rock load loading system and test system, and to study the experimental blasting parameters.Thirdly, I performed the similar material experiment of the ratio of coal rock to determine the selection of material proportioning ratio. On this basis, I performed simulation experiment according to the experimental scheme of water coupling blasting strictly.Through three times repeated experiments measured by strain test system, I get the change rule of strain and stress, and research the process of stress and strain and crack evolution characteristics in coal and rock under the action of water coupling blasting.Finally, I did the water coupling blasting increase through field test in the face of No.2 mining area and the test get desired effect. The gas extraction amount increase obviously after blasting, and maintain stability during the testing of a half month. This shows that blasting effect is very good,and has greatly increased the gas permeability of coal seam.This implemented the safe of working face and efficient production, which proves that the water coupling blasting anti-reflection technology is more safer and more efficient to improve the permeability of coal seam effective.
