But flotation of the material in the actual process, also exposed some problems makes material flotation to reach the best effect. So the use of electrical automation technology to improve the flotation system, improve the flotation efficiency become very valuable. Type flotation machine equipment at home and abroad roughly divided into three types:mechanical flotation machine, jet flotation machine and the flotation column. The mechanical agitation type flotation machine is today’s coal field of one of the most widely used flotation machine. In order to make the mechanical agitation type flotation machine impeller can achieve ideal speed, in turn, so the flotation of appropriate coal, therefore from the nozzle control of flotation machine, the stirring type flotator impeller speed control is of great significance.This article through to DSP chip as control core of the whole material flotation system, control motor drive TB6560, finally control stepping motor driving nozzle rotate, using the fuzzy control method by changing the liquid coal water impact the incident direction of impeller, which makes the speed of the impeller can achieve ideal, at the same time with the PC serial port communication, accept the control command, sent to monitoring and measurement information. To increase the use of Matlab simulation material flotation system control performance. Through this project completed the software and hardware design, the simulation experiment has achieved good results. |
