The paper firstly study the basic mechanical properties of dry and wet shotcrete experiments to research wet shotcrete acoustic emission characteristics of loading process; FLAC3D numerical simulation software to simulate the roadway supporting, not dry shotcrete support, wet shotcrete support after the mechanical response and displacement, the reliability of the wet shotcrete is studied in engineering application, and provide reference for supporting design.Dry spray concrete block failure process, the acoustic emission location events are centered, this is for very poor because of its homogeneity, loading the specimen internal stress distribution, stress concentration areas prone to rupture, in the low level of stress area is easy to form ae location events blank area, thus lose the whole bearing role; Wet shotcrete sample in loose state ae location events, internal micro fracture is more dispersed, the stress distribution is evener, resist load ability enhancement, and wet spraying concrete compressive strength and axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength significantly increased, and the intensity of discrete degree correspond to significantly reduce the conclusion.FLAC3D numerical simulation software simulation results show that after the wet shotcrete supporting of roadway deformation, high stress area decrease obviously, showed that after the wet shotcrete supporting roadway stability enhancement.Finally, on the basis of the engineering application background, the wet shotcrete supporting technology in coal mine roadway in specific application are studied, studied the technology of wet shotcrete process, technology parameters, key technology and so on. Field application effect shows that wet shotcrete construction resilient rate, concentration of dust is decreased obviously.
