In this paper is mainly around CNC turning process modeling and simulation, the machining error analysis of these three aspects to carry on the research, and possibly a better combination of geometric simulation and physical simulation, in order to fully reflect the most essential contents embodied in the processing of NC turning. Firstly from the basic theory of NC turning machining of through to simplify the process of the system to start, a corresponding model of CNC lathe cutting force, and fully taking into account the specific cutting tool wear influence; secondly is the analysis of the errors of NC turning machining deformation; finally, using the VC programming language developed modeling simulation system of NC turning, this system can realize the NC code compile processing and converted into machine code, etc., while also being able to show the physical model of the specific simulation tool path. And in the example also joined the deformation of the workpiece is such a physical factor, the system can also simulation due to the workpiece deformation and eventually lead to the drum shaped error. At last, we give the corresponding compensation, so as to better to improve the machining precision. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. Mainly elaborated the numerical control lathe processing concept, the tool wear form and the standard, the cutting parameter reasonable choice as well as the simulation system needs to use the Open GL image development technology.2. From two aspects of the classical model and dynamic model, the turning model is established, and the research status of the motion error of the machine tool is analyzed, and the error of the turning is classified and analyzed.3. Design and case study of NC Turning Simulation system.The innovations of this paper is under the specific conditions of the numerical control turning of machining physical simulation model. Through the concrete model to achieve physical simulation research, is able to predict the impact of specific physical parameters in the actual machining process on the machining of the workpiece result, at the same time in order to modify and optimize the machining parameters, and the corresponding process route.
