The main results as follows,1.By optimizing the preparation conditions,To join in the MODAO polyacrylamide(PAM)as a binder made of granular adsorbent,The adsorbent of this experiment was determined to be under 60 degrees.2.Based on the analysis of SEM, FTIR,BET,XRDand XPS,the results showed that ABPA specific surface area of 54.26 m2/g, pHpzc is 3.83.the main elements include Al, Mn, O,and C,Metal oxide of ABPA mainly for the amorphous silicon type structure,the surface is rich in hydroxyl,In addition, to strength test of ABPA, found that the compressive strength of300 N.The aperture test shows that ABPA has a little less than 4 nm gap exists.3. Through the experiment of pH,the adsorption of F is poor,as pH is 3.Dissolution of a large number of Al3+ and the formation of the advantages with F- complex [AlF]2+, [AlF2]+,AlF3.At a time, the adsorbent surface with a positive charge. the adsorption of As(III)/As(V)is rich,as pH is 3.The adsorption of As(III) on Al Matrix particles is first oxidized to As(V).To As(III),adsorption of As(V) on Al Matrix particles directly.4. Through the kinetic study,Power model fitted with higher value,can be a very good explanation of the adsorption of F, As(III), As(V) of the kinetic data. The results showed that the surface distribution of Al Matrix particles had different adsorption energy.The adsorption rate of F, As(III) and As(V) was influenced by the diffusion of particles, but not the only controlling factor.5. Through the isothermal experiment,Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm model can better describe the adsorption of F and As(III) on Al Matrix particles.The maximum adsorption capacity reached 29.34mg/g and 57.588mg/g, respectively.The Freundlich isotherm model can describe the adsorption of As(V).6. The experimental results of coexisting anion can be seen,The existence of anions has a low negative effect on the adsorption of F.The existence of anions also has a negative effect on the adsorption of As(III)/As(V),Where PO43- is the most influential,Because PO43- and As for the congeners.7. The characterization of ABPA after adsorption,from FT-IR, XPS diagram can be seen the As and F peak,and hydroxyl peak has vibration,this shows the existence of complexation.From the SEM diagram,the formation of floc ABPA surface after adsorption,this is due to the formation of Al and the hydrolysis of the cations in the water.The distribution of As and F can be seen in the Mapping diagram.8.Breakthrough curves of F adsorption,when the column volume is 119,The effluent concentration of F is 1mg/L. Breakthrough curves of As adsorption, when the column volume is 1510,The effluent concentration of As(III) is 10ug/L,Qe is 29.3ug/g. when the column volume is 1520,The effluent concentration of As(V) is 10ug/L,Qe is 22.8ug/g.The adsorp tion effect of ABPA on As(III) is better.9.Oxalic acid as eluent leaching ABPA,the best concentration of oxalic acid were3mmol/L, 2 mmol/L, 3 mmol/L.After five cycles of regeneration,the removal efficiency of F decreased from 87.6% to 75.2%,the removal efficiency of As(III) decreased from 87% to71.7%, the removal efficiency of As(V) decreased from 92.2% to 68.6%. |
