Preserved egg shell is easily broken, accurately obtain preserved eggs appearance basic physical properties, eggshell elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio, physical properties and mechanical properties of each structure is the precondition of preserved egg breakage mechanism analysis. In this paper,the calculus method of solving the preserved eggs non standard elliptic appearance of the basic physical quantity and between the relationship;For preserved eggs for non-standard ellipsoidal shape, is difficult to define methods for the elastic modulus of the problem, this paper adopts the elastic modulus(E) solving method and poisson’s ratio(μ) measurement method by American ASABE proposed,expounds the sphericity of preserved egg, appearance size, curvature radius of the basic physical quantities such as solving and coefficient of λ relation with cosα mathematical calculation principle, use TMS- PRO food property analyzer and small displacement transducer as the main measuring instrument of preserved egg transverse and longitudinal compression experiment was carried out respectively,analysis calculated anti-load modulus elasticity of preserved eggs: intermediate pressure is 3.355 MPa, on both ends of the pressure of 3.357 MPa; Poisson’s ratio, intermediate pressure is 0.1539, pressure is0.3685 on both ends.To explore the preserved egg breakage mechanism and the mechanics characteristic,this paper through mechanics test, the preserved egg whole eggs and egg shell by 5different loading rate applied load, analysis their damage law; Through finite element simulation of each structure, according to the stress and strain cloud to validation its accuracy, find the breakage mechanism of preserved egg structure and its change rule along with the physical parameters, to reduce the preserved egg in the actual production each link breakage to provide theoretical support.To explore its buffering mechanism in egg packaging, transportation and other sectors and mitigation methods, this paper to plastic packaging box for eggs as the research object, through the finite element software workbench were linear buckling analysis,pointed out the egg box supporting column structure there is a structural instability;through the Hertz theory, collision analysis theory, pointed out the nest egg side and fossa structure stress concentration problems.In order to improve egg package box buffer and derogate the performance, this paper establishes the simulation model of the existing egg box structure, to support column, nest egg side and egg nest bottom as optimization object,and put forward some optimization structural, using finite element workbench to optimization analysis.It shows that the results between optimization analysis and theoretical analysis are the same, and the formal has better performance.
