| With the development of Chinese economic and the continuous improvement of the manufacturing technology, the technology about stamping automation has been more widely used in industrial production, there are many different types of punch line In machinery manufacturingã€electronics and other industries.this paper takes the stamping production line used in manufacturing fridge door for the study, and a bar type automatic transmission system for punch line is designed, It’s shown that the system improves the production efficiency, product quality and reduce the labor cost of enterprises.Firstly, the current situation and development trend of stamping automation technology as well as servo feed system are analyzed.then the classification of the stamping technology is described simply, according to customer’s requirements, the stamping process used in manufacturing refrigerator door is divided into five steps, the structure composition and the working processes of the automatic conveying system are introduced, the overall scheme of the bar type automatic conveying system is designed in consideration of the actual situation at the scene.In this paper, the mathematical model of AC servo feed system is described, regarding the Y-axis vertical movement servo system as a simulation object, both servo control system based on control method of Ia= 0 and mechanical feed system are established, the servo control system has current loop, velocity loop and position loop. There are two models to be built:the first model is the overall model of AC servo Feed System established by Simulink; the second model is the electromechanical system established by Simulink and ADAMS, then the impacts on the system are observed after different parameters are changed, there will be a certain reference value in analysis and design of the system.When the hardware of bar type automatic conveying system is designed, the selection of the system controllerã€servo drivesã€servo motorã€touch screensã€proximity sensors and other components are finished, a electrical control schematics is designed.the PLC program is compiled by programming software named as GX Works2, and the monitoring operation screen is designed by configuration software named as GT Designer3,finally, the system meets requirements about process control and monitoring the information of production process.With continuous commissioning in the project, the automatic loading and unloading of the refrigerator sheet is achieved, the bar type automatic conveying system meet the requirements of on-site production, both the production efficiency and product quality are improved, It has good reliability and practicality, and the desired goals are achieved. |
