| Domestic coal-based methanol to olefins project springing up general emerged, the current coal-based methanol to olefins has been built, under construction,There are many proposed projects. This article briefly describes the coal-based methanol to olefins processes, including gasification, purification, synthesis,methanol to olefins and olefin separation. Since the methanol to olefins reaction product of precise qualitative and quantitative, selective reaction product gas can be calculated to give the various components,the conversion of methanol feedstock,reaction by-products and trace byproduct selectivity, catalyst life span, as a catalyst performance evaluation,screening,guidance catalyst preparation techniques, optimization of process parameters,reaction kinetic studies provide reliable data to support.This paper analyzes the original methanol to olefins reaction product gas (hereinafter referred to as MTO reaction gas) of three gas chromatograph analysis of permanent gases through the gas chromatograph transformation, based on the original increase a flame ionization detector (FID)and a six-way valve,and configure the appropriate line, and re-select the appropriate column for an analysis, the final completion of a multidimensional gas chromatograph, including four-valve three-column, two and a FID detector thermal conductivity detector (the TCD), MTO reaction gas of hydrocarbons,and oxygenates of permanent gases (methanol, dimethyl ether) were analyzed to obtain the MTO reactor gas composition.Through the transformation of the instrument, not only reduces labor costs,reduce equipment maintenance costs,and can quickly and accurately analyze the data obtained,so that timely guidance production process adjustments to provide an important means to ensure the smooth operation, but also to provide accurate data for the material balance. |
