| Glycoside compouds as an flavor precursos in tobacco,have a very important role. In this paper,a series of glycoside compounds were synthesized.First,2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide were synthesized from D-flucose.Then,the compound couplied with methyl cyclopentenolone;ethyl maltol;pineapple-ketone respectively.To give 3-methyl-l-oxopenten-2-yl-2,3,4,6,-tetra-O-acetyl-(3-D-glucoside etal.The last,target product were acquired by deacetylation.The molecular structures of products and intermediates were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. By optimizing the synthesis conditions of the coupling step-outs to determine the optimal coupling reaction molar ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time.In addition.glycoside compounds have important applied value to improving the quality of cigarettes by pyrolysis experiment of four glucosides. |
