| In this paper, the selection of PASP, sodium tungstate, zinc sulfate, Twelve sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate as vapor phase inhibitor mixed scheme one, and four methyl imidazole, urotropine, urea, sodium benzoate was choosen as vapor phase inhibitor mixed scheme two, then dipping the anti-rust base paper in the vapor phase inhibitor, and at last we made the environmental protective gas phase rust proof paper. According to their corrosion inhibition performance,analysis and comparison of the two schemes and commercially available gas phase anti-rust paper.In this research,60g/m bamboo kraft paper that meets mechanical properties is choosen as carrier.Firstly analysis of each vapor phase inhibitor volatility and volatile their inhibitive performance under different impregnation was performed.lt was foud that their corrosion inhibition from high to low is:four methyl imidazole, urotropine, N-sodium lauroyl ammonia acid, twelve sodium benzene sulfonate, PASP, sodium tungstate. The Urotropine and PASP belong to the long-acting type vapor phase inhibitor. While the result of the inhibitive performance under different impregnation shows that the corrosion inhibition performance of sodium tungstate,four methylimidazole and urotropine are increasing along with the trend of impregnation,and PASP’corrosion inhibition performance increased first and then decreased with the impregnation increase. Since N-lauroyl ammonia acid sodium overall inhibition of poor performance, thus excluding N-lauroyl ammonia acid sodium as the main corrosion inhibitor.Secondly, on the basis of single factor results and volatile complementary, organic and inorganic, toxic and non-toxic mixture principle that’s in order to play to the synergy of two corrosion inhibitors,the two component mixture was investigated. PASP and sodium tungstate; four methyl imidazole and Urotropine, urea, sodium benzoate was compounded under impregnation ratio of two component was 10:0,10:1,10:4,10:7,7:10,4:10,1:10,0:10. This resarch was aimed to analysis the corrosion inhibition performance and corrosion inhibition mechanism of these compounds deeply.The results show that the optimum ratio of PASP and sodium tungstate compound was 1:10, the best ratio of four methylimidazole with urea compound impregnating quantity is 1:10, the best ratio of four methylimidazole with Urotropine complex impregnation is 10:7, the best ratio of four methyl imidazole and sodium benzoate compound impregnation is 4:10.According to studying on inhibition mechanism through the two component complex, the orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels with PASP and four methyl imidazole as the major inhibitor was performed, and analyse the results by the range analysis, each factor of the corrosion rate trend graph, Tafel polarization curve to do research in the inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitor compound solution, at last get the best optimum ratio of two schemes.Finally through electrochemical polarization curves, impedance and scanning electron microscope tests on two different formulations gas phase anti-rust paper and commercial gas phase anti-rust paper,their corossion inhibition and mechanism was compared.The results showed that four methyl imidazole compound.scheme of VCI paper corrosion has better inhibition performance than the PASP mixed solution of VCI paper. And its corrosion inhibition performance close to the commercially available VCI paper 2. |
