Microencapsulation of pesticides pesticide formulations processing is an important application technology. Micro capsules compared with other pesticide formulations, has extended persistence, reduce environmental pollution, reduce toxicity, slowing decomposition of the original drug, anti-good effect, etc., in recent years drawn wide attention. Neonicotinoid pesticides is a super-efficient, broad-spectr um, low toxicity, pollution-free pesticides, are widely used in agricultural pest control. Choose paper dinotefuran and thiamethoxam neonicotinoid pesticides as a representative, to achieve sustained release of pesticides by microencapsulation.Microencapsulated using ethyl cellulose and urea-formaldehyde resin package neonicotinoid pesticides. When using ethyl cellulose as a package mediμm, ethyl cellulose microcapsule particle size dinotefuran best ratio 20-100μm, dinotefuran and ethyl cellulose for 3/10, the parcel was 60.54 percent, drug loading was 18.2%, laboratory and field tests in 15 days can achieve uniform release, reaching the sustained-release effect. Ethyl cellulose thiamethoxam microcapsule diameter 100-300 μm, the best ratio of thiamethoxam and ethyl cellulose as 3/10, parcel was 44.56%,15.45% drug loading, laboratory and field tests within 15 days can achieve uniform release, reaching the sustained-release effect. When using urea-formaldehyde resin as a package medi μm, urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules dinotefuran diameter 50-200 μm, the best ratio of urea and formaldehyde is 1/1.8, the parcel rate of 87.16%,16.70% drug loading, interior and field experiments in uniform release can be achieved within 20 days, reaching the sustained-release effect. Urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules thiamethoxam diameter 20-200 μm, the best ratio of urea and formaldehyde is 1/1.8, the parcel rate of 86.40%,18.21% drug loading, laboratory and field tests in 20 days can achieve a uniform release to achieve the sustained-release effect. By comparison ethyl cellulose and urea-formaldehyde resin package neonicotinoid insecticide effect was found, urea-formaldehyde resins insecticides microcapsules sustained data rate in the parcel, drug loading, particle size, the field is better than ethyl cellulose insecticides microcapsules.
