At present, widely used in energy, metallurgy, ceramics, food processing and other fields of vibrating screen, and mainly used in material classification. The vibrating screen is widely actual screening efficiency is low, through the screen; and for wet fine viscous material such as difficult screening material screening effect is not ideal. The pores easily blocked, sieve particles dispersed, throwing, lack of sufficient power transfer. Aiming at the above problems, the design of two translational and one rotational hybrid vibration sieve, will be completely decoupled hybrid mechanism used in wet sieving equipment in coal particles. The use of ADAMS, ANSYS, EDEM and other software, the kinematics and dynamics, the key components of mechanical properties, the screening efficiency and tidal coal particle group movement is studied. The main research work is as follows:Based on the theory of TRIZ, the research group of three degree of freedom vibration sieve are lack of existing synchronous regulating device, vibration chain insufficient strength, disadvantage of screen angle is not adjustable, innovative design. Designed with two translational and one rotational hybrid vibration screen, and the screen surface rotating structure, puts forward 5 solutions, choose a design scheme of cam from the superior surface of the rotating sieve as power source.The establishment of the two translational and one rotational hybrid vibrati on sieve of kinematics and dynamics, mathematical model, simulation of kinema tics and dynamics characteristics of the corresponding in ADAMS, verify the co rrectness of the mathematical model shows that two translational and one rotatio nal hybrid vibration sieve anisotropy movement is independently adjustable, the driving force is independently controllable.ANSYS on the two translational and one rotational mixing key components of combined sieve based on fatigue analysis. The analysis results show that the vibration sieve body resonance frequency is much higher than the excitation frequency, designed to meet the requirements; the fatigue strength of vibration chain better, fatigue sensitive focus edges in several components.The use of EDEM to carry on the research of hybrid wet raw coal vibrating screen movement and screening efficiency in the two translations and one rotation. The analysis results show that the vibrational degrees of freedom of wet raw coal screening efficiency effect size were:XXZ> XZ>XZ>XZ>Z>X>Y; moisture content on the screening efficiency of the most obvious influence; particle vibration to shock in the sieve surface movement greatly improves particle throwing degree, increase particle swarm and sieve surface contact probability. The screening efficiency is improved.
