In recent year, gravity system of coal preparation plant in China has been limited to the following 0.125mm.Industry insiders have high degree of concern about this field that it is effective to classify and recovery the size of>0.125mm.It is very significant to research the slot for the new 0.20mm and 0.15mm arc screen which can classify and recovery this part of qualified coarse coal slime.In the paper, we put process performance、screening performance and dewatering properties as the evaluation indexes and make research on the application effect of the new type of 0.20mm and the domestic screen seam as the 0.40mm arc sieve.At the same time, we make research on the application effect of the new type of 0.20mm and 0.15mm arc screen at different impact strength to explore new clean coal slime arc sieve in what kind of impact strength with the best technical and economic benefits.In the end, this paper also pay attention to coarse coal slime recovery process as the new type clean coal slime arc sieve in FengHuangtai coal preparation plant successfully.The results of experiment show that the new type of 0.20mm arc screen has advantage over the slot for 0.40 coal slime sieve on comprehensive performance and the slot for 0.20mm coal slime arc sieve in weak hitting condition has the best technical and economic benefits. At the same time, we should pay attention to the related process equipment of parameters adjustment.Since the slot for 0.20mm coal slime arc sieve is in the successful application of FengHuangtai coal preparation plant, the effective recycling classification gravity separation system of qualified of coarse coal slime and opened a new chapter.
