With the exhaustion of the eastern mining area resources, coal westward strategy has been developed, the western mining of underground resources exploitation caused by the ground fissure hazards increasingly attracted people’s attention. Northwest Mining Area with thick bedrock topography is large, thin loose cover characteristics, surface movement deformation is complex, ground fissures in geological and mining conditions and terrain conditions double stress effect, development of complex.First establishing mobile deformation observation station in Tang jiahui coal 61101 first mining face surface. By using GPS static relative positioning method and third leveling method, GNSS RTK method on the surface of mobile observation station early level connection survey and the first comprehensive observation. And in the data processing, the use of HGO or TGO, software MISPAS package of static GPS data for baseline solution and elevation, level data calculation and processing,calculation of surface subsidence and rendering of surface movement and deformation curve, in the process of surface movement and deformation, the dynamic parameters are obtained, including starting from the sinking of the curvature, the maximum sinking speed lag distance and maximum stagnate angle and etc, in addition analyzing the law of surface movement and deformation.The according to the northwest loess gully region mining disasters of ground fissure, in field based, based on the theory of mining subsidence, hillside slope sliding theory of cracks resulted from the development of the rule of ground movement and deformation in mining. Resides in plateau area Tang Jiahui coal mine as the research object, the hy61101 first mining face established the ground mobile station of mining process in the mining empty area of ground subsidence is the most serious area at the crack location and crack crack angle is obtained. And of all kinds of crack position, the properties are qualitative and quantitative analysis.(1) combining mining subsidence theory and reveal the different types of mining mechanical mechanism of ground fissure, according to formation mechanism can be divided into tensile crack fracture uplift type ground fissure, collapse crack, sliding cracks in four types. According to the development time for the developmental stages of temporary ground crack and surface stability after sedimentation of permanent ground fissures.
