Tobacco is an important part of China’s agricultural products, and there are two thousand million farmers income from tobacco production each year. The tobacco curing will directly affect the quality of tobacco production efficiency. The traditional manual method of operation, labor-intensive, low-quality tobacco baking, cost less, so to design an economical automatic control system is particularly urgent.This article is designed of temperature and humidity control system for Tobacco based on CAN bus. CAN bus is introduced in order to achieve flue-cured tobacco room decentralized control, centralized management. Through the PC staff can monitor the working status of each flue-cured tobacco room and record production data. The terminal control temperature and humidity control system using ST Group production STM32F103 microcontroller, real-time monitoring of changes in flue-cured tobacco room temperature and humidity, and bit-oriented synchronous monitor interface.The system uses fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm, and the introduction of decoupling algorithm can solve the nonlinear coupling of the temperature and humidity systems. Adaptive PID and fuzzy control combined algorithm can improve the robustness and control accuracy of the system. In accordance with the three-stage baking expert curves or user defined curves baking, by controlling the output, it can be realized. |
