Surface Plasmon have become a hot topic of nanotechnology which can be widely applied in biochemical sensing and surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectra. Most of the applications and researches on the basis of the NV centers are realized by the fluorescence detection, so we use plasma technology to improve the fluorescence intensity of NV color centers, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the sensor, which is the key to applications in the field of quantum memory, quantum information processing and quantum key. In the field of magnetic, electric, and other aspects of power and heat detector, NV centers also have a unique prospect. In this article, our main job is to prepare NV color centers and study the fluorescence mechanism of the NV centers.The contents includes:On the first band, we conbine the inherent substitutional nitrogen in nanodiamond with holes to forme NV color centers in order to increase the number of color centers in essence,achiving an enhancement in fluorescence in tensing. After 800 ℃ annealing in vacuum, the hole moved achively and combined with nitrogen to form NV color centers, as a result, the fluorescence intensity of nanodiamonds shows more than 27.59 times improvement compared with that of unannealed sampled.On the other hand, we try to enhance the fluorescence intensity of the NV color centers,though the effect of surface fluorescence enhancement effect. By the surface-plasmonic resonace effect of metel nanoparticles, the combination of nanodiamonds with two kinds of Au and Ag nanoparticles, resulting in a 3.78 times enhancement on the fluoresonce intensity of nanodiamonds.We also use the substrate structure to enhance the fluorescence intensity of the NV color centers in nanodiamonds, and compared to the Si substrate structure, the enhancement for theSiO2 substrate structure and the Au film substructure are 2.366 times and 10.162 times,respectively Plasmonic enhanced radiative transition rate in nanodiamonds and photons quantum radiation rate, so that the fluorescence intensity increasing.
