In the field of industrial equipment manufacturing, NC machine tools is the core equipment. Today, the evaluation of a country’s industrial manufacturing level, can not be separated from the development level of numerical control technology. The development of CNC machine tools in the west is earlier, the current western developed countries have achieved a high numerical control, which is an important means of industrial core competitiveness. Domestic CNC machine tool is still in the transition period, in the development of high-end CNC at the same time, also can not ignore the development of middle and low numerical control machine tool, which is because of our country’s processing and manufacturing market widely, middle and low numerical control machine tool still has broad prospects. The research of numerical control system for middle and low numerical control machine tool, is a relatively new type of high efficiency, low cost CNC system.The architecture of this research is MCU(Unit Microcontroller,Programmable Logic Device +CPLD), the complex programmable logic device(Complex), and the logic control module and power supply are designed and implemented. System logic control module comprises a biaxial servo control module, spindle encoder module, a waving hand control module, these modules is constitute the core of the software system components, can effectively control the workpiece. The accuracy of the numerical control system is very high, so it is necessary to guarantee the power supply. The power supply design of this system includes the design of core power, LCD backlight circuit, LM358 power supply voltage, power down protection circuit, system anti-jamming and so on. The main research contents of this thesis are: the working principle and the system structure of the numerical control system are analyzed. The cutting principle, the compensation principle and the interpolation principle of numerical control tools are emphatically analyzed, and several common interpolation algorithms are put forward. The operating environment of the numerical control system is designed, and the main function modules are designed. The core part of the paper is the design and implementation of the control software of the numerical control system. Firstly, the system structure of MCU+CPLD is discussed. Finally, the logic control of the system is realized.After a period of research and development and debugging, the function of the control module is realized. The interpolation accuracy reaches the UM level, and the feed rate can reach 15m/min. The system has high reliability, and can be stable and stable operation. |
