Zeolite Integrated Vertical-flow Infiltration System was researched in this paper, though monitoring water quality, zeolite characteristics and the operation situation of microorganism, then to examine some functions, such as the effect of infiltration system for nitrogen and phosphorus in low pollution water, zeolite regeneration performance, and the growth characteristics of microbial activity. This infiltration system using artificial water distribution,The hydraulic loading was 0.375m~3/(m~2 · d),The operation cycle were 10 days for flooding water and 2 days drained. The TN and NH4+-N removal rates of the system were 24.4%、 95.55%,The concentration of NH4+-N decreased rapidly along the flow direction in the system, while the concentration of NO3--N increased. The average effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen is below the value of grade-Ⅱ standard of surface water. The nitrification was more active than the denitrification. Due to the lack of carbon source, denitrification was limited, TN removal rate was not high. The maximum adsorption quantity was 0.89mg/g, and the desorption rate was 3.67%.The effect of Aeration, Cleaning Water, Drained reoxygenation and Steam stripping on zeolite regeneration were similar, the regeneration rate were all about 50%.The drained reoxygenation method adopted consumed little, and was suitable for regeneration in the original place. The TP removal rates of the system was 37.21%, water reaches surface water stander of grade IV.Maximum adsorption of phosphorus was 3.26mg/g,the desorption rate was 11.28%.The microbial biomass on the zeolite surface was growing gradually in the Rapid Infiltration pool, and microorganism growth could be divided into two stages of growth and stability. The microorganism growing process was from "nothing" to "miscellaneous" and then to "few species but great quantity".
