A Study On Railway Environmental Risk Assessment Based On The DSR Model

In recent years, the rapid development of the railway and the passenger line has promoted the local economy greatly, but also has brought great pressure to the ecological environment. At present, the research on the environmental risk assessment of railway is less and has not form a unified indicator system, at the same time,there is lack of workable quantitative evaluation model. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the railway environmental risk assessment more and more in-depth study, which is very important for protecting the stability and security and the ecological environment of the railway to achieve sustainable development of the railway environment.In this thesis, the indicator system is built by applying "driving force-state-response" model to select indicators from three aspects:driving force, state and response on the basic of studying the environmental risk assessment thesis and analyzing the the impact of ecological environment along the railway line. In this indicator system, the first level indicators include three kinds of indicators:driving force indicator, state indicator and response indicator; The secondary level indicators include 10 kinds of indicators:Water environmental risk, the risk of soil erosion, landslide risk, the danger of transport goods, natural disasters risk rate, landscape state, biodiversity, ecological state of the environment, safeguard measures and protective measures; The third level indicators include 21 kinds of indicators:Water quality pollution index, the degree of soil erosion, the possibility of landslides in section, ecosystem stability. As for the evaluation method, the unascertained measuring model is chosen to evaluate the the environmental risk assessment of railway comprehensively combining with the indicator system.Finally, the example of Chengdu-Chongqing high speed Railway has been evaluated with the comprehensive environmental risk evaluation value 3.91 and the risk assessment gradeⅡ according to the railway environmental risk assessment indicator system and the unascertained measuring model, so the risk level is low. The results prove that the railway environmental risk assessment indicator system and the evaluation method of railway built in this thesis with a certain practicality. The research in this paper can provide a reference for the environmental risk assessment of railway, and it has some practical value.
