| Nowadays, all kinds of stealth materials developed rapidly. As one of the promising stealth materials, the circuit analog absorbing materials appeal to many scholars. Circuit analog absorbing materials is composed by circuit screen and dielectric substrate, among them, the circuit screen is composed by periodic metal strips and cracks with different geometric shapes. In the early study, the geometric shapes including cross, circular, rectangle, hexagon and so on, so the structure of circuit analog absorbing materials is single in the early days. With the improvement of preparation technique and application range, the single structure of circuit screen has been unable to meet the needs of application. In order to get wider bandwidth and better absorbing effect, the composite structures of circuit analog absorbing materials get more attention. In the research of electromagnetic wave transmission characteristics, transmission coefficient is the parameters that react the absorbing effect of absorbing materials. As for absorbing materials with composite structure, its structure is more complex and needs a great deal of calculation, so develop a fast and accurate electromagnetic simulation software has a great significance., The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Introduce the transmission line theory of circuit model analysis method, calculate the multilayer structure’s transmission coefficient formulas of absorbing materials, introduce the equivalent circuit model and equivalent impedance formula of composite structure according to the equivalent circuit method, and analyze the transmission coefficient calculation methods of complementary composite structure.2. Simulate the transmission property of circuit analog absorbing materials with composite structure using HFSS electromagnetic simulation software, Introduce the process and procedure of Simulation in details, including establish model, set up incentive conditions and boundary conditions. In order to verify the equivalent impedance formula of the circuit screen, the numerical verification for the composite structure of the absorbing materials by using MATLAB numerical simulation software will be introduced in this paper.3. After the verification, according to the equivalent impedance formula of periodic structures and equivalent circuit model of multilayer structure, the electromagnetic simulation software will be designed using Visual C++6.0 to calculate transmission coefficient of absorbing materials. The process and steps will be introduce in details as well, including design parameters, write programs and output the final results.4. Research and analyze the influence of circuit screen’s structural parameters and dielectric parameters on the absorbing materials by using the software. |
