The author of this paper have a study on the wet oxidation desulfurization of coal gas in Mongolia HengKun chemical Co. LTD. It improved the original technological process,and compared the effect of coal gas desulfurization before and after improvement. The effect of coal gas desulfurization increased from 85%-95% to 95%-99.8%, it was improved greatly. It ensured the gas purification effect,provided the follow-up process impurity components qualified clean gas.This paper analyzed the single-component catalyst and composite catalyst on the effects of the coal gas desulfurization under the same working condition with full production. And it determined the best RTS:hydroguinone=10:2composite as the best catalyst for the reseach of this paper. At the same time, it studied the relationship of varied indicator with the desulfurization effeciency such as the tar and dust in the gas,hydrothion in coal gas, the volatile ammonia in desulfurized solution, total alkalinity,pH,concentration of RTS and S2O32-,SCN- etc.Through analysis and study of a large number of actual operation data,come to the conclusion that the best condition for the coal gas desulfurization:the pressure of coal gas 12-14 KPa,temperature of 27-30℃,ammonia and sulfur ration greater than 0.7,the tar and dust below 0.02-0.05 g·Nm-3, the volatile ammonia in desulfurized solution 5-7 g· L-1, pH 8.5-9.5, the temperature of desulfurized solution 35-40℃,total alkalinity 0.3-0.4 mol· L-1, RTS concentration of 30-70ppm,the two salt content is less than 250 g·L-1.
