In recent years, China’s atmospheric environment has become more and more serious, people’s demand for air quality is getting higher and higher, especially in some large and medium-sized cities in China, such as fog and haze, acid rain and other non normal natural disasters. It seriously affects people’s daily life. To improve the status of the current environment, first from the start of emission reduction, the state of particulate matter, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides developed a more stringent emission standards. To meet the emission standards, it requires high performance of desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal equipment. Today, multi function integrated equipment has become a hot research topic in the field of environmental protection in China, this paper focuses on the research of integrated desulfurization and denitrification system.Firstly, analysis the mechanism of dust removal and desulfurization and denitrification reaction mechanism, nitrogen combined cyclone electrostatic precipitator with corona plasma ammonia method desulfurization by way of determining, composed of various removal nitrogen removal system. Then, the architecture of the integrated system is designed, the layout scheme of the system is given, and the working flow of the unit system is given. Then on the basis of traditional cyclone dust collector and the electric cyclone dust collector of the structure design, structure size is given; for corona plasma ammonia method desulfurization removal nitrogen removal reactor structure design, corona wire is given, the layout form of reactor structure size and so on; in the design of the desulfurization nitrogen removal reactor process, taking into account the pulse corona plasma technology needs to be carried out at low temperature, and in the process of the hydrolysis of urea need pre heating device, proposed the use of flue gas waste heat to preheat the urea solution scheme; ammonia spraying nozzle structure for the design of the proposed structure of a nozzle of the corona pole integrated, has certain innovation. Fluent software was used to analyze the flow field in the cyclone dust collector, and the particles were tracked to verify the rationality of the structure.
