With the advent of the era of industrial 4.0,the rapid development of manufacturing industry,modern national defense industry,aerospace,medical apparatus and instruments,and increasingly depends on the modern manufacturing technology,such as electronic chips used in machinery manufacture equipment.To study the accuracy of precision workbench becomes more important.With the improvement of mechanical and electronic,products continuous develop the performance and quality,accuracy of precision machine tools put forward higher requirements.Traditional machine tools in the aspect of motion control is a single,unable to meet the requirements of higher precision.This topic based on the research of the differential movement theory and the theory of error, structures,differential precision worktable,the analysis of the differential system error sources,influence factors, the differential mode precision workbench error and the error compensation method of research,implement differential workbench error compensation.Firstly,the research status of micro feed table at home and abroad were reviewed,including the structure,control method,error sources,measurement methods and so on.Through the analysis and comparison of various kinds of micro feeding system,the overall design of a complete differential precision worktable.Secondly,based on the research of differential theory,combined with computer technology and electronic technology,to establish a system of differential precision worktable whole differential movement through the software program to complete the system,then expounds the ball screw,servo motor,precision grating and differential workbench and error sources,focusing on differential movement and friction error modeling analysis of the system.Again,the error sources and influence factors of the modeling analysis respectively,to explore the device of the differential system error compensation method,studied the friction error compensation method and the position error compensation method.Finally,to explore the differential error compensation issues in motor movement,the optimal speed rangedifferential experiments,dynamic experiment data,feed forward compensation experiment was carried out on the ball screw,improve the accuracy of the differential precision worktable.With the improved BP neural network algorithm can provide a kind of nonlinear,self learning and adaptive control method,compared the error curve analysis of the before and after compensation,can effectively improve precision of the workbench and complete compensation method of research.On the basis of theoretical research and experimental analysis,based on the error analysis and differential control method,can realize error compensation data,effectively improve the precision differential system accuracy and sensitivity.The method has low cost,strong practicability,accurate and convenient function of data processing,for precision manufacturing engineering provides an effective solution.
