Hypochlorite and pH plays a very important role in the process of physiological and pathological. As a kind of reactive oxygen species, hypochlorite is involved in process of physiological and pathological, and take reactions with many biomolecules in the living organism, such as DNA, RNA, fatty acid, cholesterol and many kinds of protein. Hypochlorite has a important antimicrobial property, due to its oxidability. It can oxidize the enzyme which is necessary in the reaction of virus. As a very important indicator, pH reflects the power of hydrogen, maintaining the normal morphology function of cells, keep the stabilization of the cell and organism, such as controlling the cycle, the growing, the death of the cells, the transportation of the ions, the activity of the enzyme, the shrinkage of the muscle and the multi-drug resistance. The organism maintains the steady of the pH, all the organs running orderly by the buffer solution (NaHCO3/H2CO3, Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, Na-Protein/H-Protein) and the regulating effect of the kidney and the lung. When the concentration of the hypochlorite or the value of pH is beyond the normal range in the organism, it will make many damages to the body, cause many kinds of diseases, such as Alzheimer, cancer, arthritis, angiocardiopathy and so on. So, detecting the concentration of the hypochlorite and the value of pH more accurately makes important significance to the research of variation of the physiological function and the solution of pathological process. The fluorescent probe technique possesses many advantages such as the high efficiency, the high sensitivity and the high selectivity, causes many researchers’ interests. And it has already been used in life science fields.This article has mainly done the following works.1) We used the derivative of phenothiazine as maternal structure, connected the Rhodanine-3-acetic acid, thus designed a novel fluorescent probe of hypochlorite. Due to the strong oxidability of the hypochlorite, when the probe takes reactions with it, the bond C=C between the derivative of phenothiazine and the Rhodanine-3-acetic acid will be cracked. The fluorescence turns on, so the detection of hypochlorite comes true. Besides, the probe has the good selectivity and the anti-interference performance. Its detection limitation is 2.7×10-6M.2) We used the derivative of phenothiazine as maternal structure, connected the derivative of indol, thus designed a novel fluorescent pH probe. The probe has very high efficiency to the changes of pH value. When at the physiological pH value, it shows good anti-inference in the presence of some metal ions and anion. Besides, when the pH is nearby the physiological pH value, the fluorescent intensity presents a good line by its responses to the changes of the pH value. It makes a very important significance to the accurate detection of pH value. |
