The formation water in the SZ 36-1 oil field has the problem of high salinity, high hardness and corrosion resistance, which cause the wells workover cycle is short, process pipeline maintenance frequency too fast. Although the site has adopted measures to control the corrosion of adding corrosion inhibitors, but its effect is not ideal, the corrosion problems still serious. At present, work over operations of the wells due to corrosion problems are frequent, workover costs higher every year. Formation water system corrosion problem of SZ36-1 oil field brought serious influence to normal production operation. So this paper as SZ36-1 oil field as the research object, through the understanding of the corrosion condition, study the causes of corrosion and its mechanism of action by the experiment. Based on this puts forward the anticorrosive technology measures and suggestions, which has an important guiding significance to practical production on the field.Firstly, this paper on the basis of the familiar with corrosion problems to know the site investigation process and working condition of formation water system, master the skill basic data on the spot. And through the experimental analysis of the formation water quality, predict the tendency of corrosion and scaling of the formation water. Then through X-ray diffraction and SEM method to analysis the structure and elements of corrosion product samples, preliminary determine the main factors influencing the corrosion. Later experimental to quantitative corrosion main controlling factors on the corrosion behavior of formation water, sure the corrosion degree of influence factors on the corrosion behavior, and analysis of the corrosion mechanism of the water well system in SZ36-1 oilfield through the theoretical. Final against these corrosion factors and mechanism of the filter through the experiment and adding suitable corrosion inhibitor concentration, in combination with other anticorrosive measures, such as corrosion resistant material is put forward to SZ36-1 oil field formation water corrosion problem of anti-corrosion measures and Suggestions.Based on the analysis on the quality of the formation water,through Scale Chem software of prediction, the formation water is corrosive to moderate corrosion, easy to forming Ca CO3 and Ba SO4 scale, all of this,due to Cl-, HCO3-,SO42-, Ca2+, Mg2+ and other special ions i. Combined with different location corrosion products component analysis, the result of the preliminary determine the master control factors influencing the formation water corrosion, and get the order according to the size of the influence to corrosion that is temperature, CO2 concentration, pressure, salinity, and the velocity of water. Combining with the actual situation, theoretical analysis of SZ36-1 oil field formation water system mainly exists corrosion micro batteries, electric double layer, the corrosion of iron under high temperature and high pressure, corrosion of Cl-, the corrosion of solubility CO2 and some local corrosion. Therefore, in view of the corrosion factors and mechanism by adding RO-2 corrosion inhibitors of 70mg/L~80mg/L, special site using 3Cr material and combine other more protection measures, comprehensive protection to ease of formation water corrosion problems in the SZ36-1 oil field overall.
