Nitrogen heterocyclic compound is a kind of very important organic compounds. In the field of organic synthesis, chemical industry and biological medicine plays an important role. The nitrogen indole heterocyclic compounds, because of its unique structure and properties are widely used in the field of drug synthesis and metal ligand synthesis. At present, Although the existing of synthesizing the literature, But less harsh reaction conditions, the substrate universality therefore, development of simple and efficient construction of nitrogen containing indole skeleton synthesis methods of polycyclic aromatic compounds is still an organic chemist facing the challenging task.Based on the research of our group in the aspect of heterocyclic compound interest, This thesis mainly centered on the synthesis of nitrogen polycyclic aromatic compounds, carried out the following two aspects of the research work:Fist, this literary grace to Cu(OTf)2 as catalyst,1,4-dioxane as solvent,3-methyl indole and beta, gamma unsaturated dicarbonyl compounds as raw materials, Synthesis of a series of indoles condensed ring derivative and the universality of the type of reaction and reaction conditions for the selection of the system. We have developed a mild and efficient method for the synthesis of indole derivatives in moderate to high yields.Second, the study found that, under the copper catalyst, based on determined 3-methyl indole reaction conditions, Reaction of indole and saturated dicarbonyl compounds also has carried on the exploration. This method has advantages of mild reaction conditions, substrate wide universality.
