| If human being want to survive and develop,they must depend on the nature.If human being want to develop,they must deal with the relationship of man and nature.In addition,they should change the way that requested from nature uncontrolled,and turned to take advantage of nature orderly, in order to promote harmony between man and nature.In Marx’s writings,We can find a lot of details about the relationship between man and nature,how to understand and change nature,How to promote coexistence between man and nature.These Marxist theoretical perspective has practical significance for us to build a beautiful Shanxi.The country’s "Thirteen Five" plan indicate the core objectives that are Rich green, Green Fumin,achieved the development model and way of life of green,recycling and low-carbon.Shanxi Province keeps up with the pace of country, puts forward the plans of "six development", "three breakthrough", "non-coal industry" and other strategies to promote Shanxi transit from black to green.Shanxi is a province of fragile ecology, environmental pollution and abundant resources. In order to achieve green transformation,it must be start with ecological restoration and environmental protection.In this paper, It uses the Marxist theory of ecological view of nature as a guide, according to the current situation of ecological environment of Shanxi Province, and analyzes the causes of environmental damage badly, and proposes effective measures for environmental protection in Shanxi Province from the perspective of government, society and the individual.I hope that these views are help for promoting the development of Shanxi’s economy, achieving green transformation,and achieving the goals of "thirteen five" planning.The main content of this paper consists of four parts:The first part elaborates the Ecological Perspective of Marxist. Marxism is the scientific truth of the most progressive in the history of human thought. Marxist Theory contains a lot of discussion about the ecological environment, Marx not onlyrevealed the essential connection between human and nature, proposed the basic principles of man and nature in harmony, but also to see the essential reason and solutions of ecological damage to the environment. All of the above have a scientific significance to our modern life.The second part analyzes specifically the current state of the environment of Shanxi Province. The geographical environment of Shanxi Province is bad for the ecosystem. Additionally, in recent years, over-exploitation and irrational use of coal resources,it triggered a series of geological disasters, so that the fragile ecological environment even worse.The third part analyzes the reasons of environmental damage in Shanxi. The economy of Shanxi was based on industrial structure of resource consumption,although it gained enormous economic benefits, but exacerbated the deterioration of ecological environment. The imperfect Policy system lagged the procession of environmental protection. In addition, the government did not establish a scientific and rational framework to guide people protect the environment.The forth party explores the solution for environmental protection in Shanxi.There are several measures following. For example, the transformation of economic growth mode, to promote development of the non-coal industry, Strengthen technological innovation. The government should be play a important role in guiding people, also try hard to sound the environmental protection mechanism. Related departments work hard to spread of Marxism ecological concept and environmental protection widely, in order to let the public to establish a scientific concept of environmental protection.
