In this paper,we chose glucose as the carbon source to synthesize uniform size,carboxyl-rich carbon spheres (CCS) through hydrothermal method with adding acrylic acid to provide functionality. with ethylenediamine connected to the carboxyl of carbon spheres by amidation reaction,then 2-formylbenzeneboronic acid and dietyl phosphite was successfully modified on the surface of carbon spheres to synthetic composite carbon spheres materials considering the different dosage of reactants and reaction time on the influence of reaction,as well as the composite carbon spheres materials when used different amine such as butanediamine or hexamethylenediamine as the amidation reagent.then we chose the best carbon spheres materials A by elemental analysis,and the carbon spheres materials were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,and the working electrode is prepared by composite carbon spheres materials A,the electrochemical properties of materials were examined by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostaticcharge-discharge, using 0.1 M/L KOH aqueous solution as electrolyte,The specific capacitance of composite carbon spheres materials electrode is 86 F·g-1 at current density of 0.2 A·g-1.Following a series of composite materials are obtained by high-temperature calcination of the composite carbon spheres materials in different temperature of 300 ℃,500℃,700℃,900℃ and 1100℃,after the electrochemical measurement,the composite carbon materials A-900 show a specific capacitance of 149 F·g-1.To improve the electrochemical properties of the carbon materials,the carboxyl-rich carbon spheres were mixed with KOH at different weight ratios (3:1, 2:1,1:1,1:2 or 1:3) to complete the activation,and then calcined in different temperature of 300℃,500℃,700℃,900℃and 1100℃,finally we make symmetric capacitors with the carbon materials C-900 which has the best electrochemical properties,the electrochemical testing results showed that the Specific capacitance reached 191 F·g-1.after 500 charge-discharge cycles the Specific capacitanceremaiins at more than 90%.
