The research for the cogeneration of heat and power plant, in Jimsar County Industrial Park cogeneration project as an example of, the construction of 4 * 150 MW cogeneration project used to replace the closed power plant and the park all the scattered small boilers, to an elevated source flue gas emission, which can effectively improve local environmental air quality and meet the growing regional development of heat load demand, and the subject by perfect flue gas dust removal and desulfurization, removal of nitrate and other measures for the pollution of the centralized management, the subject of high noise equipment set sound attenuation facilities and the subject itself has significant environmental benefits.Through the analysis of the paper production process, the pollution factors and the control measures, to determine the major pollutants in the study to generate the link and quantity, supporting environmental protection measures put forward; through the investigation of pollution sources and the state of the environment monitoring and analysis project put into operation on the surrounding environment influence, demonstration of the issue of environmental protection measures in the technical feasibility and economic rationality of proposed emission control measures and suggestions of reducing or preventing pollution and provide the basis for the subject of environmental protection facilities design and management of environmental protection departments decision. The construction of this project is in line with the principle of "back pressure type heat supply unit and combined heat and power". After the completion of the project not only energy saving effect obvious, have great direct and indirect energy efficiency and save coal, land, water, and other valuable resources, so as to more fully utilize these precious resources, to promote the local economic development, improve the quality of life of local residents is extremely useful.
