| Fukang, as an essential city in the north of Xin Jiang province, is an important part of Urumqi economic circle. In addition, Fukang city will play an important role in economic zone of the Silk Road in the background of national major strategic introduction of the ―The Belt and Road ".Because of its abundant natural resources, Fukang city is moving toward a strong city road. The development and construction of the eastern city’s role is extremely important in the process of industrialization in Fukang City. Many large-scale industries, such as mineral industry, metallurgical industry, and so on have been settled in the eastern city. However, in the process of rapid development of the eastern city, a large number of industrial waste water and a small amount of domestic sewage have not been treated, the sewage has a serious impact on the environment and also restricts the economic development of the city. Therefore, the establishment of the sewage treatment project is imminent.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the feasibility of Fukang east wastewater treatment plant. We determine the optimal scheme of sewage treatment through practical investigation and predication the quality and quantity of the water comparison of treatment schemes; from the economical aspect, we predict the financing, liquidity and profitability using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper also predict the social, environmental and economical benefits after the implementation of the project. Through the demonstration, this project has strong feasibility. |
