| Dechlorane plus (DP) has been used as an additive flame retardant, which is added in electrical hard plastic connectors in televisions and computer monitors, wire coatings and furniture widely. DP has been identified as a high production volume (HPV). Because DP is released into the environment easily when using and discarding its products, it has become a widespread emerging pollutant. This paper investigates the bioconcentration effect of DP by laboratory exposure experiment.Cyprinus carpio were exposed to DP solutions for 32 days, after that they were placed in clean water for 32 days depuration. Then, the two-box model was used to investigate uptake and depuration kinetics of DP in C. carpio.The content of DP in C. carpio changed significantly with time,at the beginning of uptake stage the content of DP in C. carpio was growing rapidly,and then became more gently.After entered the depuration stage,the content of DP in C. carpio continued to deline,and remove their own 81.5 percent of the pollutants ultimately.The BCF values of two kinds of DP isomers in C. carpio were 5666.59 and 7841.53L kg-1,LogBCF value of tweo isomers were 3.75 and 3.89.Results showed that DP isomers were obvious selective enrichment in C. carpio, which preferred to be an enrichment of anti-DP. Results also suggested the different bioaccumulation parameters of syn- and anti-DP that contained the uptake rate constants, depuration rate constants were explained the reason before by using the two-box model.The concentration of DP in water always fluctuated in a small range during the uptake stage,and forming a dynamic balance by the dual effect of passive diffusion by pollutants package and absorption of C. carpio. |
