The developing area of north Sartu has already came into ultra-high water-cut stage currently,from the data of cored well, all of the thick oil layer has water-breakthroughed in post-polymer flooding, The proportion of water leaching thicknesses achieves at 91.8%,the remaining oil in vertical direction mainly are enriched in the top of thick oil layer, lateral accretion bedding barrier, formation rhythm control parts. In order to drive this part of the potential and improve the producing degree of thick oil layer, the inner architecture pattern of sand body needs to be studied. This paper combines with core analysis, well logging and production data in dense well pattern block, adopts studying method of reservoir depositional characteristics which is "pattern prediction and multilevel control", describes the compound channel sand body、single channel sand body、point bar and internal structure hierarchically, recognizes lateral accretion sandwich of point bar sand body finely, quantitative configuration parameter of lateral accretion bedding, such as tendency、the dip angle、 horizontal intervals and so on. The configuration parameter of point bar sand body is constrained, space curve of lateral accretion bedding is established, internal architecture model of point bar sand body is established by using embedding modeling method, and space distribution characteristics of lateral accretion bedding in point bar sand body is described finely. The space distribution of remaining oil in point bar sand body was quantitative by using numerical simulation technology, Results guide B2-331-P47 horizontal well scheme’s optimization design, and fully exploit the top of remaining oil in point bar sand body, daily oil production of the well in early stage is 48.3 tons, by containing water 44%,it has accumulated oil production 7273 tons for the moment and achieved good effects of potential-tapping.
