Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) material is a kind of use of oxygen, nitrogen and other more organic ligands with transition metal ions form tooth mesh skeleton class zeolite materials.In the early days of the literature, MOFs has another name, such as Coordination polymer (Coordination Polymers), Metal Organic network (Metal-Organic Networks), organic-inorganic hybrid materials (Organic-Inorganic hybrid materials), etc. This material has large specific surface area, high porosity, other materials cannot match the structure of adjustable and functional characteristics;In addition, due to the strong coordination bond enhance the chemical stability and thermal stability of the material. It is because of the above characteristics, as a new type of functional material, MOFs successfully are applied in gas storage and separation, drug carrier and chemical catalysis, etc.This thesis preliminarily explores the MOFs as promising adsorbent in dispersive solid-phase extraction technology of organic pollutants in water and their removal ability of target.The main research work and innovation points summarized as follows:(1) Make Cr(NO3)3·9H2O and terephthalic acid as raw materials, the synthesis materials MIL-101 with the absorption ability to female sex hormone was synthesized by the conventional hydrothermal synthesis method under 220 ℃. After purification was carried out on the material, using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetric and analysis and specific surface and pore analyzer for the appearance of the composite material by morphology, crystal structure, specific surface area and pore structure were characterized. MIL-101 material was first applied in the three kinds of female sex hormone (estradiol, estrone, progesterone) dispersive solid-phase extraction— high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technology to the three kinds of female sex hormone (estradiol, estrone, progesterone). Through processing the three targets, data analysis, the metal organic frameworks materials MIL-101 possess the adsorption ability of estradiol, estrone, progesterone; Female sex hormones in toner water sample among certain concentration range is good.(2) In this chapter, with a simple and controllable, layer by layer self-assembly method successfully synthesised with Fe3O4 magnetic core-shell microspheres@ MIL-100 material. With sunset yellow and carmine two kinds of synthetic pigment as the target, after this magnetic microsphere materials was purified we applied it in magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction (MDSPE) technology to separation and enrichment these two kinds of food additives in the carbonated drinks. Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to test the two kinds of target analysis, prove Fe3O4@ MIL-100 the adsorption capacity of sunset yellow and carmine. And by optimizing the eluant type, acidity, ionic strength and material dosage, extraction conditions, such as the material used in two kinds of food colorants in drinks magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction, successfully completed the beverage samples of two kinds of food colorants dispersive solid-phase extraction for the establishment of the joint analysis method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In this method, there is an advantage worthy of being proposed, the experiment operation in the process of all without using any organic reagents, whether for experiment operator or environment, have to be a friendly way.(3) In this chapter, using the synthesis in the previous chapter has a magnetic core shell microspheres Fe3O4@ MIL-100 material, to clear away two kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, naphthalene and fluorene in environmental water samples. By researching of the kinetics and thermodynamics experiments to explore, and the influence of extraction conditions such as acidity and salinity. From data analysis, the map can be roughly infer that two kinds of pahs target with material Fe3O4@ MIL-100 for electrostatic adsorption mechanism;_Determinants of the adsorption capacity is two main target is the average pore size and surface area; Adsorption process is more quickly. Compared with the conventional adsorption materials, metal organic skeleton materials can be used as an adsorbent with huge potential for development in all fields.
