Microbial enhanced oil recovery has obtained the remarkable effect in Yu Jia Ping field application test.Yu Jia Ping is chang 2 reservoir of strains filtration, indoor research results, determine the test injection production bacterium pseudomonas as D10 oil production, oil displacement bacterium bacillus subtilis, and the stability of strains and the applicability of the metabolites of indoor experiment evaluation, and more than by microbial flooding technology in flat field application situation of chang 2 reservoir, more than of microorganisms in the reservoir conditions of plateau adaptability, metabolites, to study the effects of crude oil pHysical properties, technology for microbial flooding in smaller oilfield long 2 set of the application of low permeable reservoirs provide certain basis.Yu Jia Ping is "three low" reservoir, with 38 injection Wells and 193 oil Wells, seepage pore percolation, local high permeability channel, remaining oil is rich. Oilfield composite moisture content is 62%, the local existence of high permeability zone, and a large hole, part of the well group water cut rising speed, water is serious, block development effect worse year by year in recent years, natural decline rate 12%, recovery rate 15.1%, lower than the average level, the water flooding zone of remaining oil distribution scale, conventional fracturing, broken down, profile control measures such as input and output is lower about 1 to 1.2, more than ping long 2 in the area have been implemented respectively microbial profile control measures and microbial flooding experiment, and increased obviously, oil recovery factor is about 1.1~2%, therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of the oilfield development in this area, improve recovery factor, oilfield development, this area will be the implementation of microbial oil displacement field test.Yu Jia Ping of microbial oil displacement based on the analysis summary test pilot test experience and thinking of microbial oil displacement economic benefits, to determine the combined slug injection methods can obtain better oil displacement effect, finally select four injection site construction plan slug, microbial oil displacement field construction uses flooding after profile control first order, to predict recovery rate was 17.4%, the recoverable reserves of 89.89×104 t, the water drive recovery factor increased by 2.3%, microbial oil displacement effect is remarkable.
