Along with the rapid development of economy, safety accidents happen frequently,safety production has become a hot topic of our country.Production safety concerns the people’s life and property safety, it is very important to national economy steady progress, Production safety work is an important part to carry out extensive direct contact with the masses, and a foundation to consolidate the power of the country and to realize the Chinese Dream. Therefore, the research and production safety problems has very important significance.Primary safety production is the basic and the most direct backbone of the safety production management work.the quality of their work effect directly the implementation of the major policies concerning work safety, has a direct relationship between the national security situation is good or bad. Therefore, straighten out the system of safe production supervision at the primary level, Implementation of safe production responsibility, Innovative ways of safety supervision is very necessary.This article mainly refers to the domestic and foreign theory and the research results of the safety production supervision. This paper introduces the present situation of the economic development of Songgang in Baoan District, Shenzhen, and the actual situation of the safety production. Ponit out some problems which restrict the development of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City Songgang Township production safety supervision, and for the resons of these problems are analyzed, then, introduces the advanced developed countries in the aspect of safety production supervision practices and experiences, and in view of the problems and reasons discussed before, put forward to promote Bao’an District of Shenzhen City Songgang Township countermeasures and thinking of the primary safety production supervision.
