The Research Of Taihu Basin’s Emission Reduction Index System And Assessment Scheme

TaiHu basin since the 80’s of last century, pollutant emissions continue increasing、 water quality declining and water environment deterioration, has affected the local people’s normal production and life order.This paper mainly researches on the TaiHu pollutant emission reduction system and assessment scheme.In order to facilitate the implementation of assessment system of data collection of the regional administration, this paper studies the range:Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang (with Danyang).The research content mainly includes four aspects:(1) To conduct in-depth analysis of water environment quality in TaiHu basin and the main treatment measures, the main problems of water environment in the TaiHu basin exists; (2) To analyze the existing evaluation index system, improve the emission reduction target system of TaiHu basin;(3) According to the principles and methods, the establishment of index system in the administrative district of TaiHu river basin effective governance evaluation; (4) To set up the index system as the foundation, developing valuation methods and establishing assessment system.The technology adopted by field investigation method to travel all around the city of TaiHu Basin in Jiangsu Province. Through the literature retrieval, as the system of TaiHu basin reference. Using System analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, analysed the collected data and information system.Through the analysis of emission reduction innovation in Taihu basin on the perfect index system needs, formulating the principle and method of screening the emission reduction targets,discussion and put forward the demand of improving Taihu basin emission reduction the index system and assessment scheme in Jiangsu Province. Made the emission reduction target system and assessment scheme of Jiangsu TaiHu basin.
