With the continuous development of modern industrial technology,long-distance pipeline leak detection technology has made great achievements,such technology is one of the main exploration targets in this field,but until now each leak detection method still not fully complete,there are many technical and difficult issues to be resolved.This article is for long distance slurry pipeline leak detection analysis study for its complex conditions,special media, and accuracy and speed,etc.on the long-distance slurry pipeline leak detection point detection technique for a comprehensive exploration,use two improved method and use of a pipeline data demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.Regarding the accuracy of long distance ore pulp pipeline positioning, the thesis does the following work:1.Improve traditional pipeline leakage positioning model and use the data acquisition system based on GPS and PAC to synchronously collect the time, thus minimizing the error of the time difference when the signal reaches the central control machine;at the same time it analyzes and determines the flow velocity of the medium in different pipelines and uses improved model to conduct theoretical calculation; compared with traditional positioning model the positioning accuracy is enhanced apparently.2.Analyze and determine the noise source of the long distance ore pulp pipeline detection and positioning system.And improve a noise suppression system based on adaptive algorithms in order to counter the noise.The model tries to suppress the noise contained in the leakage signal by making use of the length difference between the noise and useful signals and increases the Signal to Noise Ratio of the detection signal.3.Improve a noise separation and leakage identification method with respect to the long distance ore pulp pipeline.The method adopts kernel independent component analysis and the method of least squares support vector machine under blind signal theory to conduct denoising and leakage detection to the signal.The system after improvement is much stable and accurate,able to detect leakage faster and enhance the accuracy of positioning.In this paper,we had used the historical data of a pipeline to pipeline leak detection system analysis,simulation results show that the model performance by suppressing noise is slightly improved SNR biggest increase 6.1740dB.Isolation and identification based on simulation of noise KICA and LS-SVM,we can clearly see that the method can accurately find the time the leak occurred and to identify the type of fault, while compared to other methods in the rapidity and accuracy Comparative there are certain to increase.
