The thesis mainly focus on university-enterprise cooperation projects in order to provide technical data and theoretical guidance for mill plants, create economic value, at the same time, provide reference information for the similar minerals. The research aspects are as follows.The object of this thesis is lead oxide. It has complex phase composition, some of the lead oxide is difficult to dressing. Ore contains a lot of slime, iron, arsenic, sulfur. It is different from ordinary lead oxide.Technological mineralogy shows that ore contains 7.95% grade lead,with 43.99% oxidation rate,The ore lead content mainly for galena and cerussite, followed by mimetite,plumbojarosite,and a small amount of lead alum and plagionite etc;Arsenic mineral mainly arsenopyrite; Sulfur minerals are mainly pyrite.Other minerals are mainly limonite, magnetite, quartz, calcite, dolomite, followed by epidote, feldspar, sericite, pyrrhotite and a small amount of chalcopyrite, sphalerite, covellite, tetrahedrite, tennantite, tetrahedrite, argentite, biotite, etc.Lead as independent form minerals in the ore, as decentralized state occurrence in other minerals and microgranular exists in the form of fine mud, especially cerussite and limonite disseminated relationship more closely, in the form of fine package.The galena(56.01%); cerussite(16.81%), lead alum(4.69%), belongs to easy dressing mineral; mimetite (9.25%), plumbojarosite (10.68%), belongs to difficult dressing mineral.The ore particle size granularity analysis(-2mm) showed that the production rate of-0.01 mm was 9.00%, metal distribution was 10.10%;It is much more difficult in processing with the uniform distribution of lead grade.The grinding microscopic observation showed that differences vary in each kind of mineral’s grindability,quartz, calcite and other gangue hard, the galena is crispy, cerussite and limonite and is easy to be mudded.If the grind size is too thin, it will cause crushing and mud. If the grind size is too coarse, it will affect the dissociation degree of useful minerals. Both of them will affect the flotation recovery. The best grinding fineness-200 mesh accounted for 72.18% is determined in the paper.Beneficiation test adopt "Sulfide ore mixed flotation-Separation of mixed concentrate-Lead oxide flotation" is defined as the principle of process in the paper.Dressing experiment research shows that,slime are significant effects of each process,Sulfide ore mixed flotation is in normal;Sulfide mixed concentrate separation flotation is to eliminate or reduce the influence of slime, and control the dosage of lime and ensure the slurry pH value,to ensure lead sulfide separation of arsenopyrite and pyrite;Recycling lead oxide should strengthen the vulcanization and oxide activation process.Flotation process research showed that the middlings progressive return process effect is poor(figure 8-3),using new process instead of conventional flotation process can improve the final consequence,Lead concentrate grade is increased by 18.63 percentage points., recovery increased by 17.68 percentage points.New process get lead sulfide yield of 7.55%, grade of 45.13%, recovery of 43.45%, and 0.64% of arsenic indicator; lead oxide yield of 4.04%, grade of 25.41%, recovery of 13.09%, 0.47% of arsenic content; Arsenic and Sulfide concentrate rate was 14.43%, Containing 4.02% of lead grade, lead loss rate of 7.40%;the final mixed lead yield of 11.59% and grade of 38.25%, the recovery rate of 56.54%, the tailing yield of 73.99%, lead grade of 3.82%,and recovery of 36.06%.By the microscopic observation, loss of lead in tailings mainly existed as an independent mineral mimetite, secondly to spread state occurrence in cerussite of limonite. This is also cause the lead recovery is difficult to improve.Flotation tailings by gravity separation can be recycling, but increase the recovery rate is small, makes little sense to adopt; Field-weakening separation can recycle limonite from the ore, can consider to recycle.
