With the development of the national economy, sulfide ore resources are constantly being developed and consumed. The efficient development and utilization of lead-zinc oxide and oxygen-sulfide mixed lead-zinc ore has become an important way to safeguard our lead and zinc demand. The ore studied in this paper is from Guilin, which is typical high carbon Pb-Zn oxygen-sulfide mixed ore. Ores which are very difficult to treat, due to fine dissemination of the minerals, the complex mineral structure, the high content of carbon and mud. Aiming at the features of the high carbon, high mud and oxygen-sulfide mixed lead-zinc ore, taking the Guilin oxygen-sulfide mix lead-zinc ore for the study, to explore the beneficiation process and reagent system. It has a certain significance to solve these kind lead-zinc ore.The main extractable elements in run-of-mine are lead, zinc and associated element silver. The grade of lead was 3.62%and the oxidation rate up to 74.86%. The mainly mineral of lead were anglesite, galena and cerussite. The grade of zinc was 8.20%and zinc sulfide accounted for 73.99%. The mainly mineral of zinc were sphalerite, smithsonite, calamine and franklinite. The grade of the associated element silver was 84.13g/t, it mainly hosted in galena. Other elements had no recycling value The mainly gangue minerals were quartz, silicate minerals and calcium magnesium carbonate minerals. The content of carbon in the run-of-mine up to 6.75%and the mud content as high as 32.25%, it has an impact on the separation.On the basis of process mineralogy studied, the thesis made explorting test of the ore sorting process. It determined the principle flowsheet that "pre-decarburizate-lead sulfide-zinc sulfide-lead oxygen". The optimum reagent system was obtained by the condition experiment on the basis of principle flowsheet. It determined the cleaning and scavenging times of each stage:decarburization used two roughing; lead sulfide taken the process of single-stage roughing, three-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging; zinc sulfide taken the process of single-stage roughing, two-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging; lead oxide taken the process of single-stage roughing, three-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging.There were three products after the closed circuit test, including lead in the lead sulfide concentrate had a grade of 23.46%and recovery of 27.40%, of which silver had a grade of 946.51g/t and recovery of 45.12%. Zinc in the zinc sulfide concentrate had a grade of 46.97%and recovery of 69.44%, of which silver had a grade of 173.82g/t and recovery of 24.86%. Lead in the lead oxide concentrate had a grade of 24.11%and recovery of 45.34%, of which silver had a grade of 148.19g/t and recovery of 11.37%. The total recovery of lead sulfide and lead oxide concentrate was 72.74%. It achieved good test indexes. |
