The Research And Application Of The Drawing Formation Of Cold-rolled Steal Sheet

In recent years, the demand of automobile in our country has a rapid growth, the covering parts of an automobile mainly rely on the sheet metal stamping. Cold stamping die design and analysis in our country mainly depend on experience at present. But it can not only improve the quality of the design of the mould, but also shorten the mould manufacturing cycle with the use of AutoForm software for sheet metal stamping simulation analysis.This paper took the continuous die design process in automobile chassis oil for example, explained the design principle and design process of progressive dies in detail; and then made a simulation analysis for car chassis multi-step forming process with the use of AutoForm software. It determined the reasonable process parameters, made a stamping process plan, determined the layout drawings of the parts, achieved rapid design analysis and optimization of the auto oil chassis continuous mode, reduced mold design costs greatly and enhanced the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.It designed a car chassis nine oil station progressive dies according to the result of AutoForm software simulation analysis, and did experiments on stamping. Verified the rationality of the mold design process, punched the parts for testing to determine the rationality of the mold design process by three coordinate measuring machines.
