China is a big country of tea production, as people’s demand for tea as raw material for health drinks increased year by year, the annual consumption of tea also increased, which also contributed to the development of tea processing enterprises. The demand of tea is increasing demand for tea machinery manufacturing enterprises to research and develop the existing tea processing technology and equipment, and optimize the production efficiency of tea. As food machinery, the requirements of health and other requirements to further improve the existing tea machinery optimization. At the same time, the establishment of large-scale automatic production line is also the only way to guarantee the quality of tea processing and the development of enterprises.Aiming at the problem that the air pressure caused by air pressure in the common use of the storage unit is not consistent with the quality of the tea leaves, the new type of storage device is designed according to the optimization analysis of the existing reservoir. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)A survey of the current market for the storage of the current market, and summarize their main advantages and disadvantages, to find out the key technical shortcomings, analysis of the reasons for these shortcomings.( 2) According to the theory of fluid mechanics, design suitable flow passage and box structure, use Gambit to model the former, use Fluent to simulate, and use Origin to carry on the postprocessing, the result is analyzed and filter into the new channel and box design scheme.( 3) According to the requirements of the actual tea production line, the main power transmission parts of the storage unit are calculated, and the main mechanical structure parts are checked, the speed of the machine is calculated, and the creep is checked.( 4) According to the requirements of the actual tea production line, based on the optimization results and design scheme of the flow channel box, the other parts of the storage unit are designed, and the assembly drawing is drawn.Based on the above research, the design of a per hour output of tea is less than 600 kg, the maximum output is greater than 1500 kg, the storage height of 60 cm, the total area of the storage area is 160m2, the total storage capacity of 24 tons of new type. The storage unit is divided into four storage areas, which can ensure that the air pressure in the same area is above 100 Pa, and the wind pressure is consistent, and the quality of tea is improved.
