Wet catalytic oxidation technology is playing an important role in wastewater treatment now, but due to the operating conditions are too harsh and restrict its use. therefore, this artical is mainly about the preparation of different morphologies α-Fe2O3 by hydrothermal method and doping α-Fe2O3 with different metal, UV-assisted the catalyst modified degrade dye wastewater simulation and actual industrial wastewater to study the optimum conditions for the preparation and degradation and the kinetics of wastewater degradation were also studied.1、By using Fe (NO33·9H2O as raw materials, PVP as surfactant,α-Fe2O3 was prepared by hydrothermal method, compare the catalytic activity of different morphology a-Fe2O3,change the water thermal reaction temperature, reaction time, the structure and morphology characterization of the α-Fe2O3 by utilizing the means such as XRD, SEM, EDS,FT-IR.2、By impregnation with a metal ion to be doped α-Fe2O3, compare the catalytic activity of different metal ion doping, the results show that the use of dipping metal ions can be loaded onto α-Fe2O3, and Al doped α-Fe2O3 have the highest catalytic activity, for Al α-Fe2O3 preparation process was optimized to obtain a loading of 40% Al, calcination temperature 700℃, calcination time 2h.3、Optimum conditions research on the degradation of dye wastewater with Al/ α-Fe2O3 under UV-assisted catalytic wet oxidation, the optimum conditions for the single factor and orthogonal experiments were as follows:reaction time 3h, the amount of catalyst is 0.1g, the amount of 30% H2O2 is 0.6mL, intial pH 4, the reaction temperature is 70℃. On this basis, the kinetics study on Al/α-Fe2O3 degrade acid red GR,get this degradation process in line with the pseudo-first-order kinetics equation, first-order reaction rate constant K was 2.8228×103, the activation energy △E of 17.889 kJ/mol。 The apparent kinetic equation was:In(Ct/Co)=-2.8228 × 103 × e -17.889×103/RT × CA0.5366 × CB0.98845 × CC-2.0245 × t4. Study Al/α-Fe2O3 catalyst degradation of industrial wastewater actual law, the results of the catalyst of the wastewater treatment better.
