The problem of environmental pollution of livestock and poultry manure is becoming more and more serious with the scale of an increase in the number of farms and intensive degree enhances unceasingly. As a solution to a kind of effective method of energy saving and emission reduction, biogas engineering is widely used to solve the pollution of livestock and poultry manure.Biogas slurry was produced from biogas engineering, the problem of large yield, high processing cost and storage transportation difficulties of biogas slurry seriously restricted the biogas slurry recycle. In this paper, we used the combination technology of tube membrane and DTRO membrane to deal with biogas slurry.The main results were as follows:Both the nutritional index and pollutant index are high in biogas slurry, All the average of COD,BOD5, SS, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus,number of fecal coliforms were higher than the highest average daily discharge concentration, It could cause water pollution if directly discharged into water body.Tube decay filter preprocessing system had a good effect to deal with biogas slurry.The removal rate of COD reached 48.6%,and the removal rate of SS was nearly to 100%. The flow rate of membrane surface and the temperature had some influence on the membrane flux. Periodic backwash and chemical cleaning was an important means of preventing membrane fouling. The membrane flux could get a very good recovery after chemical cleaning.The best operating pressure of DTRO membrane system was 4.5-5.5MPa, and concentration multiples were 5. The concentrate produced from DTRO membrane treatment system was rich in a variety of nutrients,which could be used as a good biological organic fertilizer. meanwhile, the permeate could be used in irrigation or biogas engineering.
