Because of the long-term connection there will be some impact on the measurement results and linear in the thermal resistance temperature measurement of the Industrial production.Platinum resistor is a thermistor that makes use of relationship between resistance and temperature. It is widely used in the Styrene Equipment temperature measurement because of its high-accuracy, the wide range and the stability. Yet, as the relationship between resistance of the platinum resistance and temperature are non-linear, with the increase in temperature, the nonlinearity of platinum resistance changes more and more serious. Therefore, in circuit design to be carried out nonlinear rectification; Besides, the thermal resistance temperature sensor, when connected to the long-wire, wire resistance will produce measurement error to circuit, so we must seek to eliminate wire resistance of sensors produces the impact on temperature measurement. In this paper, to be on the above two issues, being use of improved platinum resistance practical active linear bridge-road to overcome the above errors to achieve the accurate measurement of temperature.The nonlinear problem is solved by circuit design of Pt100 into a linear change and output voltage changes in temperature, eliminate the scene to control effect on measurement results of the ventricular lead resistance, achieve the target of the design requirements.
