Ion-imprinted polymer is synthesized by imprinting technology in combination with fluorescence analysis method. To discuss the selective adsorption of template ion and cross-response with structural analogues by imprinted materials. The sensor arrays are composed of ion-imprinted polymers, the design, preparation, characterization have studied in four chapters as follow:In Chapter l,this chapter gave a brief overview of the synthesis, basic theory of ion-imprinted polymers and summarized the progress of ion imprinted technology and chemical sensor array. In Chapter 2,the molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized with CH3Hg+ as a template,4-vinylpyridine as a functional monomer; 8-Mercaptoquinoline Hydrochloride was used as both a complex-forming agent and a fluorescence reporter. The free-radical polymerization was performed within PVDF films and initiated by 4,4’-azobisisobuty -ronitrile at 65℃ in dimethyl sulfoxide. The polymer showed a high selectivity for methylmercury ions. The optimum pH was 7.0. The detection limit of the method was 3.5×10-7mol/L. The polymers were applied in the determination of methylmercury ions in realwater samples, which showed a high selectivity against other metal ions. The recoveries for methylmercury ions were in the range of 93.3%~104.0%.In Chapter 3,the fluorescence sensor array composed of four ion-imprinted materials, which were synthesized with as template ion and 7-(4-trifluoromethyl)-coumarin-acrylamide as fluorescence monomer. With the response of the array to nine metal ions in three replicates, principal component analysis was carried to optimize and process the multidimensional data. The results showed principal component analysis(PCA) plot gave a clear discrimination of Mg2+、Cu2+ Ni2+、Cr3+、Mn2+、Na+、Fe3+、Co2+、Al3+.In Chapter 4,the sensor array composed of CH3Hg+ ion-imprinted polymers (CH3Hg-IIPs)、Ag+ ion-imprinted polymers (Ag-IIPs)、Zn2+ ion-imprinted polymers (Zn-IIPs) and non ion-imprinted polymers(N-IIPs) were synthesized as 8-mercaptoquinoline as fluorescence monomer. The array have different selectivity and Principal component analysis (PCA) was introduced into the BP(Back Propagation) neural network. The network structure was simplified with PCA,the training steps were 77 only. The test results showed a good identification of CH3Hg、Hg2+、Ag+、Cd2+、 Pb2+、Zn2+.
