| Banana (Musa paradisiaca) is a tropical fruit, which has a high planting area and high yield in Hainan Province. As a superior agricultural product, it has distributed to the lots of provinces in China. In this thesis,choose the more commonly used the prochloraz preservative-sporgo to find the optimum conditions of use. As well as prochloraz and its metabolites 2,4,6 trichlorophenol residues detection method,prochloraz and its metabolites 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in banana fruit freshness safety testing and residual dynamic laws, the results are as follows:1.5 mg/L,10 mg/L, respectively,50 mg/L and 100 mg/L concentration of prochloraz,30 s,2 min,5 min after the dipped banana, placed under 15℃ save and get the best combination of concentration and treatment time:5 min dipped fruit processing of 50 mg/L of prochloraz.2. Established a matrix dispersion by solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for rapid detection of prochloraz and its metabolites in banana 2,4,6-trichlorophenol method. After 2% acetic acids acetonitrile extracts, PSA, C18 purification of carbon and graphite powder, matrix matched standards quantitative. Results show that when 5-200 ug/kg, banana prochloraz and 2,4,6-effect of phenol added an average recovery rate is: 94.5%-106.0%, and 95.2%-101.4%. Which prochloraz on bananas and 2,4,6-chloride and phenol detection limits (LOD) 0.03μg/kg,1.5μg/kg respectively; limit of quantitation (LOQ) were:0.1 μg/kg,5μ/kg the method for quantitative determination of accurate, high sensitivity, easy to operate, wide concentration range.3. By using the best concentration of 50 mg/1 and dipped fruit 5 min process under 15℃ during storage of banana and banana under simulated conditions of transport, storage, respectively concludes the degradation of prochloraz in banana rules. The removing of prochloraz equation under two storage conditions are:C=20.212e-0.07115,C=17.406e-0.0762t. The linear correlation coefficients are:R2=0.9922,R2=0.9909. Half-life residues and 9.7day, their kinetics of degradation dynamics are based on the first level response mode. Meanwhile, according to the the prochloraz half-life can be drawn, the prochloraz banana matrix being readily biodegradable agents with higher security.4. Supermarket sales of bananas prochloraz and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol residue testing, results show that the bananas were prochloraz residues, but did not find 2,4,6-trichlorophenolresidues.5. On the the prochloraz preservation of security from the perspective of "threshold effect" and exposure assessments carried out a proper assessment from the market banana prochloraz residues of view, although they meet the restrictions imposed by our national standards, but the children in unsafe hazards. By the method of preservation, to achieve the preservation effect, and prochloraz residues to meet residue limits in China and EU standards, in line with food safety for children. |
